Q: Who typically pays for our services? A: In most cases, all of the remediation services that we provide are covered by your homeowners' insurance or property insurance. Sensitive Solutions will work directly with your insurance company once a claim has been opened. By us working directly with them, this will save you time and energy, especially if your situation involves a loss of a loved one.
In the event you are not covered by insurance, we offer a free estimate at no obligation, so you can plan accordingly. Sensitive Solutions will work out payment plans/options to work with your budget. We offer a variety of payment options including:

Q: How does a crime scene/trauma cleanup work? A: After the investigation is over and Sensitive Solutions obtains clearance from the investigator / officer, we will set up and begin the cleanup process right away. Q: How many technicians will I need? A: Depending on the severity and nature of the incident. Each situation is different. Usually, we have a minimum of two technicians. When we assess the incident in person, we will have a better understanding of what we will need.
Q: How do you disinfect and sanitize? A: We use a three-part system for cleaning and only use EPA registered and approved disinfectants.
