Katie | Owner, Founder, Certified Bio Technician
Katie started off in the health care industry as a certified nurse assistant. She worked several years as an in-home caregiver, meeting the demanding needs of all her clients. Katie has also worked as a phlebotomist in the past. She had started her own cleaning business, cleaning homes, and businesses, as well as apartment cleanouts for property owners, which has compelled her to take on more challenging services such as crime scene cleanups, decompositions, hoarder homes, and suicides. Katie is a dedicated, loving wife and a great mother which flows over into being dedicated to meeting the needs of others with compassion as well as helping those who have suffered a traumatic event. Gary | Bio Technician, Licensed Contractor Gary has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Servicing home deconstruction / construction and problem solving for most of his career. He takes pride in his craft. Gary also manages properties for investors and has a decent amount of hoarder clean out experience, ex-tenant messes left behind, and apartment rehab/turnovers. His experience has made for a great understanding of hazards and hazardous materials, how they interact with buildings and materials, how to remove them, and also how to make a property like new again, once biohazard remediation has been performed. Gary is a husband, a father and someone who cares deeply for helping others in their time of need. Tyler | Bio Technician, Carpenter
Tyler has worked with chemicals on commercial / industrial work sites in the past and continues to work in the construction and remodeling field. He has key training in safety measures, and an eye for detail. Tyler enjoys being thorough and very detail oriented in all that he does. He holds compassion and professionalism in his work as a Sensitive Solutions Technician.
